Baker Recovery, Inc. adheres to all compliance standards of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We utilize Compass Consulting for our Policy Procedure Manual that each employee acknowledges by reading and signing. In addition, we have the following employee requirements:

Check Motor Vehicle Records
Extensive Background Checks before hire
Baker Recovery is fully licensed, bonded, certified and insured. Our insurance policy is comprehensive repossession coverage through Harding Brooks Insurance Agency. We are Certified Recovery Agents by completing the RSIG certification course, and C.A.R.S. training program through RISC.
We are also members of the major trade associations, and are ARA Certified through the American Recovery Association.
The Oklahoma DPS has elected to not send certificates.
